茶碗“繕桜”
熊本地震で被災した5人の陶芸家たちの陶片を元に、「呼び継ぎ」の技法で茶碗として再生しました。茶碗の黒の部分は輪島塗の椀の木片で、そこに描かれた蒔絵の花びらは熊本城の桜をイメージしています。輪島塗職人の高い技術により新しい形として甦った茶碗です。
Green Tea Bowl “YOSHIZAKURA”
This Green Tea Bowl was mended with five different potter’s broken ceramic pieces. The black part where the gold cherry blossom is drawn, is made by Wajimanuri bowl. Wood separates the different pieces within the bowl. This Cherry Blossom brings to mind the Cherry Blossom blooms at Kumamoto Castle.One day, we would like to have a tea party at there, using this bowl.
繕桜 碗的拼接修复。 熊本地震后，灾地的五位陶艺家将陶片用拼接修复的技法复原成碗。碗的黑色部分是轮岛涂的木片，上面的莳绘花瓣是以熊本的樱花为印象的。是轮岛涂匠人用精湛技术以新形式修复的碗。

熊本地震で破損した濃緑の抹茶碗。この深みある緑に熊本の大自然、阿蘇地方を見ました。阿蘇の豊かな湧水群や滝を螺鈿細工で、今なおうごめいている阿蘇山のマグマを金継ぎと漆で表現しました。阿蘇への感謝と畏怖という2つの思いが込められた作品です。
Green Tea Bowl “ASO”
This Tea Bowl is inspired by the ASO area in Northern Kumamoto prefecture. You will see a volcano and many idle ponds. The beautiful red and blue colors at the bottom depicts the scorching magma, and the shining blue water. This bowl is truly awe-inspiring.
阿蘇 阿苏碗。因熊本地震破损的深绿色抹茶碗。这种深绿是熊本的大自然，阿苏地区的绿。阿苏的丰富泉水群和瀑布通过螺钿法，现在处在活动期的阿苏山的岩浆则用锔和漆来表现，是包含了对阿苏的感谢和敬畏的作品。

この作品の一番の特徴は、熊本県八代市に脈々と伝わる髙田焼の技術「象嵌」と、輪島塗に綿々と続く装飾技術「沈金」という両地域の卓越した職人技のつばぜり合いです。陶片の割れ目から漆器に続く面にかけて、滞ることなく同じ文様で金の装飾を施しました。
Tea Container
Work is entitled “Battle Chaire (tea container). One side of this tea container is ceramic, and other side is Wajimanuri, although the drawn pattern is not seamed. The feeling of harmony can be seen between the potter and the Wajimanuri craftsman’s resulting in amazing technical battle.
茶入 这件作品最显著的特征是融合了熊本县八代市代代相传的高田烧的象嵌和轮岛涂里流传的沉金这两项地区有名的职人技术，从陶片的破损到漆器连接面都毫无阻碍地用金属来装饰完成。

花器
熊本地震で被災した5人の陶芸家たちの陶片を元に、大型の花器に再生しました。割れてしまった陶磁器は捨てられてしまうのが運命です。野花の咲く捨て場にばら撒かれていた陶磁器の破片を、つなぎ合わせて花器と成す。野趣溢れる作品です。
Flower Bowl
This Green Tea Bowl was mended with five different potter’s broken ceramic pieces. Usually, the broken ceramic pieces are destined to be thrown away. This flower bowl is made from the ceramic pieces abandoned in a garden full of wild flowers. A piece which embodies a rural beauty.
熊本地震后，灾地的五位陶艺家用破损的陶片复原的大型花器。破损的陶瓷片大抵会被扔掉。在野花盛开的废弃场里用被扔掉的陶瓷碎片连接拼合成的充满野趣的作品。
